The School of Public Management, attached to the Faculty of Management Sciences of the Universidad Mariano Gálvez de Guatemala. We train professionals in the field of public management, we promote ethics and social responsibility in the service of the common good. We contribute with our academic programs to generate a positive impact on society through the preparation of citizens capable of facing current and future challenges in Public Administration and generate research to promote the academic advancement of the discipline of public studies.

1. To train competent professionals in public management: we provide quality education that develops the skills and aptitudes necessary to efficiently manage public resources. This has involved offering updated and relevant academic programs that prepare students to face the challenges in the field of public administration.

To promote ethics and responsibility in the formation of leaders: the school aims to instill high ethical standards and promote responsibility in the formation of leaders committed to public service and transparency. This involves providing curricula that emphasize the importance of ethics and responsibility in public management.

To contribute to the development and improvement of the public sector: a positive impact on Guatemalan society is generated through the preparation of citizens capable of facing current and future challenges in public administration. This involves collaborating with the public sector to identify areas for improvement, develop relevant and applicable research, and offer training and advice to promote informed decision-making.


4. To be recognized nationally and internationally: we are recognized as a reference both nationally and internationally in the training of professionals in public management.
