Evaluation review

Requirements:
To request an evaluation review, the following requirements must be gathered:

  • Having 50% of the total grade of the evaluation.
  • Make the request within 8 working days after the grade has been published by the professor.
  • Pay the evaluation review fee of Q100.00 (per course).

Instructions:

  • Make the payment of the evaluation review per course, which can be made at the following link: www.umg.edu.gt/pagos with operation code 335 - Evaluation review (per course) Q 100.00
  • Complete the following virtual form and attach the evidence of payment in PDF format. (To enter the form you must use university mail) "Evaluation Review Form"
  • The Academic Registration and Control Office will send the evaluation to the Faculty, Faculty School, University Center Direction; or, the checklist to the Postgraduate Office so that the date for the evaluation review can be scheduled.
